To achieve this, we use an advanced analysis method : the finite element approach. Thanks to specialized software, this technique allows us to determine the residual thicknesses after thermoforming as well as the possible deformations of the parts under load.
Based on complex software and calculations, the results are visually represented using color codes, which facilitates their interpretation by our technical teams. This clear visualization allows us to make the best decisions regarding theoptimal material thickness to use before thermoforming, based on the actual usage constraints of the product.
