The process includes several key steps:
Loading the mold
The powdered plastic material is deposited into a hollow mold.
Rotation and heating
The mold rotates simultaneously on two axes in an oven. The heat melts the powder and distributes it evenly over all surfaces.
Cooling
The mold is cooled while continuing to rotate, which solidifies the part.
Demolding
The finished part is removed from the mold, ready for finishing or quality testing.
This process is particularly suited to medium and large series, and allows the production of resistant, durable and customized parts according to customer needs.
